I know exactly what you're talking about, it's pretty damn nifty. It's pretty much posts inside posts, it's absolutely amazing for guides and stuff like that, because you can have separate buttons for each topic and they expand and minimize at the user's will.

I've worked out a collapse tag, which I will add at the same time as the new tab-control tags I'm still working on (they'll share some JS).
