To most people I know, DnD is a pointless game that is just a bunch of people sitting around rolling die. They don't realize the amount of imagination and concentration that go into a game such as DnD. We actually made fun of that at my last session. When one of my friends needed a heal, our cleric stated that he would be glad to but first he must go off in a corner and roll some die to check how much he can heal for.
